Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AMR Hanuman PG admin, staff, and tenant apps (together, the "App"). By creating an account or continuing to use the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the App is (and isn't)

The App is a management and communication tool for the running of AMR Hanuman PG. It is not, by itself, a tenancy agreement. Your rights and obligations as a tenant are governed by the separate tenancy contract or arrangement you have with AMR Hanuman PG. Where the App and that contract differ, the tenancy contract prevails.

2. Your account

  • Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Provide accurate information — name, phone, email, KYC — and keep it up to date.
  • Do not create an account on someone else's behalf without authorisation.
  • Admin and staff access is granted by the PG owner; misuse may result in access being revoked.

3. Payments

The App does not process payments. It records payment proof (such as UPI transfer screenshots) that you upload after paying through your own bank or UPI app, and allows admins to mark invoices as paid once the transfer is verified.

  • Paying rent on time is your responsibility under your tenancy contract, not the App.
  • Any dispute about whether a payment was made or received must be resolved directly with AMR Hanuman PG.
  • AMR Hanuman PG is not liable for payment app errors, bank delays, or transactions sent to the wrong account.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the App to harass, threaten, or defame anyone.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
  • Do not attempt to access data or areas that are not yours.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or attack the App.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you breach these Terms, if your tenancy ends, or if continued access poses a risk to other users. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by contacting the grievance officer.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the App available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at this stage. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, or network issues may temporarily affect access.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMR Hanuman PG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page and, for significant changes, notify residents through the App. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Telangana, India. Any dispute arising under them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana, India.
