A calm home for everyone

A few simple rules keep the PG safe and comfortable.

Gate closing time
Main gate closes at 10:30 PM. Late entries must inform the caretaker in advance.
Meal timings
Breakfast 7:30–9:00, Lunch 12:30–2:00, Dinner 8:00–9:30. Please be on time.
Notice period
30 days written notice via the app is required before vacating.
Guests
Same-gender guests allowed till 8 PM in common areas. No overnight guests.
Smoking & alcohol
Strictly not permitted anywhere on the premises.
Cleanliness
Keep rooms and common areas clean. Housekeeping visits daily.

Answers to common questions

How much is the monthly rent?

Rooms start at the price shown in the hero. The exact rent depends on the sharing type and whether the room is AC or non-AC. Message us on WhatsApp for the current availability and price for the room you want.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. A refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent is collected at check-in and returned at the end of your stay after final settlement of dues and inspection.

What is the notice period to vacate?

A 30-day written notice is required to vacate. Notice can be raised right from the tenant app or shared with the manager on WhatsApp.

Are meals included?

Home-style vegetarian meals are served daily. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are covered in the food plan. Guests can view the daily menu on the website and in the tenant app.

Are guests allowed?

Family visitors are welcome in the common area during visiting hours. Overnight guests require prior permission from the manager for safety and CCTV records.

What are the entry timings?

The main gate is open from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Late entry after 11:00 PM is allowed with prior intimation to the manager.
